Refund & Return Policy

At Big Ripper Bicycle, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns: You have 30 days to return this bike for a refund.. To be eligible for a return, your bicycle or accessory must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Bicycle Returns: Due to the size and cost of shipping bicycles, all bike returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The bicycle must not have been assembled or ridden.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Stripe/Credit Card).
