Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via UPS Ground and FedEx Freight for bicycles to ensure safe delivery.
• Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
• Damages: Big Ripper Bicycle is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials.
• International Shipping: We currently offer worldwide shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order.
